if you want a treatment but dont have a lot of money to spend you can try a thing called natures cure. its in almost every grocery store and drug store as well as online. it has a natural suppliment you take every day and a cream for your face. my sister used it and she cleared right up. you may also want to consider a good foundation for your face, one that wont clog your pores. i personally use bare minerals which is AMAZING, if you havent seen the infomercial i can tell you more about it, but it does wonders. not only does it cover everything up on your face, its actually good for it. ever since i started using it i havent broken out once, not even when im PMSing. i can tell you more about it if youd like, just email me. other than that make sure you have a mild facial clenser and you wash every morning when you wake up, every night before you go to bed, NEVER let yourself fall asleep in your makeup, and try and be concious about never touching your face with your hands. hope it all works out!
