Do you know any idiots that look like me?

Question

I somehow asked my question wrong lasttime, and people got the impression that I was saying I was smart because I had blue hair. That is not what I was trying to do. For somereason people say my hair makes me look like an idiot. So I guess my question is how? Where do people get their ascociations from?
Some people don't like mormons for example, because they have had many bad experiences with them, and dealing with the actuall church it's self. But are people bitter somehow towards people with blue hair, because of their experiences with them?
Maybe that better explains it.

2- I just am different. I might be nice to be like other people. I just would like to be me without people bothering me so much about it. I would have to go way out of my way to be like other people. Having my hair brown as it actually is now, and wearing even buisness like clothes, people think I'm scary, and weird, and different and stuff. so it's a waste of time to try to look like other people. People think I am weird anyway.

You do not look like an idiot because you have blue hair. I have coloring in my hair too. My hair is naturally black and I put cherry red strands in the front cupping my face. People judge you because they assume everyone is the same and don't realize that not one single person on the planet is the same. Nobody even has the same skin color. Don't change for anyone. You are fine they are the ones who have the problem with people being different.

Um ok... blue hair is unfortunately common in "punks" not to be stereotypical, but lets face it, thats probably what people think when they see your hair. Personally I used to date a guy in highschool who had blue hair and I realized he was a scumbag.... so there for bluehair is associaetd in my mind as HOT but at the same time I'm leary. Most people have different associations for different reasons.. Like say the word TREE and you'd get 100 different responses as to what comes to mind! Its life.. if you dont like the blue hair attention then dye your hair a more natural color. Unfortunately, blue hair is kind of uncommon...

The colour of someone's hair gives no indication to their intelligence.

I think that the reason some people try to judge others by their; religion, appearance, race etc is because they are simple and try to understand the world by placing everyone in stereotypical boxes. The world isn't as simple as that though, we are all complicated and influenced by millions of factors.

no idiot is not a word i would use to describe you. here where i live, brightly coloured hair is generally seen on younger humans, who show a lot of unconventional, not positive or friendly behaviors.Those hair colors arent generally seen in business, and would be generally be perceived in a negative way, especially by the older set. Their question could be: why would you color your hair like that, or use tatoos as a sleeve, or pierce your tongue(shudder) or a private place?

Well, I had purple hair before, then black, then brown, then red, then bleached...what does it matter, really? Are you insecure??? If you weren't insecure, you really wouldn't care what others think and you wouldn't be calling yourself an idiot. Be strong.

people are afraid of what is different what they dont understand. and truthfully why should you care what anyone thinks. i change my hair color all the time . alot of people do
