It seems to collect in the white plastic fan motor housing above where the passenger's feet would sit. It started dripping out with hard turns to the left, probably finding an edge of the plastic housing to drip over. Starting to soak floorboard and mildew on carpet. Dealer said AC drain was clear, not the mucky clogged gunk they usually see.

Could be a heater core if you get green fluidon the carpet or steam on the windshield. If you dont and the water is clear, then it definetly is AC draion. Check the hose itself or the flange that it attaches too. The dealer missed something. Best bet is to tell the dealer that he misdiagnosis your leak, and you want it repaired at N/C because you aready paid him the 1st time.

You may want to check the grating in front of the windshield. If you park under a tree(s) sometimes the drains clog and need to be washed out with high pressure nozzle on the garden hose. It tends to accumulate water to a level that spills over into the inside of the car.

Same thing happened to my Toyota. It ended up being someone kicked the drain tube off of the flange it mounts to, by accident. All I did was replace it, and fastened a tye strap to it. If that isn't it, Check for cracks in the hose, or a clog in another place. Possibly on the inside of the housing right befroe the hose.
