By being honest with them and let them know that you don't have those type of feelings for them. If you lead them on trying to keep from hurting their feelings then you may be the one to get hurt in the end (physically) Be honest with them and it will save you both the trouble.

Don't accept things from them. Send them back, with a note saying you don't accept things from people you don't like.
