she is telling the truth..Since bleeding that occurs in the first half of pregnancy is so common (20-40%), many wonder what the causes are besides some of the complications already mentioned. Bleeding can occur in early pregnancy due to the following factors aside from the above mentioned complications:
Implantation bleeding. Implantation bleeding can occur anywhere from 6-12 days after possible conception. Every woman will experience implantation bleeding differently—some will lightly spot for a few hours, others may have some light spotting for a couple days.
Some type of infection in the pelvic cavity or urinary tract
After intercourse some women may bleed because the cervix is very tender and sensitive. You should discontinue intercourse until you have been seen by your doctor. This is just so that you do not cause any more irritation—having normal sexual intercourse does not cause a miscarriage.

She could be telling the truth, as well as lying, I say this because all pregnancy are different for all women, I have known of women having a period all the way up to the time of delivery, I have also known of women being so small that you wouldn't know that they were pregnant until they actually went into labor, so I will not say that your cousin's g/f is telling a lie.
every person will not have what you call symptoms of being pregnant, I for example: I did not wake-up every morning sick, but I did break out in hives when I ate strawberries (which before I became pregnant I could eat strawberries).
So just be patience, and also make sure that you all go to the doctor appointments when she have them, and your cousin can be inside with her when she is having like ultra sounds if he like, that is a good way to find out if she is really having a baby.

She could be telling the truth. I have heard of woman not finding out until after the first trimester. I have 2 daughters and I knew within the 1st month that I was pregnant. I knew prior to even missing a menstrual cycle. I was sick as heck and just felt BLAH, but everyone is different. My sister swears she was 16 weeks when she found out at a routine doctor check up. She said she never felt sick and never stopped having a period. It is possible.

She can be telling truth. There have been cases where the women didn't know they were pregnant until the 6-7 month. Besides lot of women have period the first 5 months ... occasionally the whole 9 months

3 months is definitely too late for abortion, but that was not your question.
Yes, some people still get some kind of a period when they are pregnant. There have been a few cases of surprise pregnancies right up until the end! No belly or anything.

This can happen...the not knowing. Its also common to spot bleed for the first few months. Some girls dont get morning sickness or feel any symptoms at all for a while. She probably is telling the truth. I hope she doesnt have the abortion. That would be sad and wrong. :(

It's not too late for an abortion at 3 months. Either the doctor is lying about abortions, or the gf is lying about when she got pregnant. (Possibly before she started dating your brother, or maybe when he was out of town?)

The doctors don't like to do abortions after 3months because of the complications. Yes it is possible that she didn't know she was pregnant, especially if her periods were irratic in the first place, my sister didn't know she was pregnant, I had to tell her that she was! And she'd already got one child.
