1) Fix your meal times. DO NOT EAT MULTIPLE TIMES. Clinical studies have proved that lesser number of meals gains maximum weight.
Take a good breakfast, lunch and dinner.
DO NOT SNACK / EAT any other time.
2) For breakfast do not take too much fat. Keep it more carbs.
3) EXERCISE; this will create hunger and help digestion. Do not do heavy exercise. Light running or walking.
4) Butter, Milk, Potatoes, Sugar are excellent.
5) Caffeine (coffee, tea) must be avoided in as much as you can. Try decaf if you need to.
6) A spoon of honey with cold water in the morning.

ensure drinks will make you put on weight..but they are expensive... try eating a pb&j sandwhich and a glass of milk at bedtime.... that will help some too... use whole milk.... not 2% or whatever.... the peanut butter and the milk are loaded with fat calories, or pb and banana sandwhiches and milk.... :)
high carbs will put weight on, so will adding lots of calories to your diet.... try it for a week and then weigh yourself..see what happens... if it doesnt work go get the ensure drinks... but you'll have to drink like 3 a day in addition to eating meals to gain weight quickly.....

first of all, i know what high metabolism is. i have a feeling that's not why you're so unhealthily skinny. the best way to gain wait is to work out - it builds muscle.

diet high in carbs and protien-also, be sure to work out-you will lose fat (yes- you have some) and gain muscle. Muscle weighs twice as much as fat.
