Ziprealty.com. The have a great site that has all of the new listings posted daily. You can even search by address (for instance, yours) and it will pull up homes in a specified radius around you to give you an idea what the homes in your area are going for.

contact the Department of Real Estate and ask them for average selling prices for your neighborhood/zip code!
