I mean i know they look the same but do they think and feel the same?

Yes, they do. Often, one twin will start a sentence and the other will finish it! Many twins, though not all, are totally in tune with each other.
There are even documented situations where twins who were separated at birth, knew they had a twin somewhere out there because they felt incomplete. It is also not unusual for one twin to know that the other has died before being told...they feel the break in their "connection."

There is sometimes some sort of psychic connection between twins. They are usually very in touch with each other's feelings; facial expression can tell them what the other one is thinking. But one twin can be miles away and somehow just know that the other one is in trouble.
They don't usually think and feel the same, but they *can* read each other more easily than other siblings.

I have identical twin nephews. They do not think and feel the same all of the time, but a lot of the time they do. They also know what the other one is thinking without verbalizing it too. They do have differences though: one is more of a bookworm, one is a social butterfly, etc. etc.

my aunts are twins and one can tell when the other is in pain or sick before they talk or see each other face to face.

most twins do yea and they can finsih eachothers sentences and know how they feel at certian moments in time
