If your county has a web site, most have a property look up area, try that.

Contact the realtor. Or better yet find one you want to work with and they will do all the dirty work for you. Pick someone local and not a huge company as I hate to support mega-corps.

Go to Yahoo! Real Estate Home Values section http://realestate.yahoo.com/Homevalues/
This will give you comparable sales listings in your area, which is a good indicator of what your home value is.
