The resolution on my screen is HUGE, Yahoo cant even fit on the whole screen, some things wont even show. I have tried to decrease it the obvious way but it doesnt work...any suggestions?

are you sure it's resolution? If this problem only appears when you're browsing the internet, and if you're using Internet Explorer, try this:
go to View / Text Size, then click Medium.

try to update your video driver.
Also see if any helper programs are messing up your screen (some mouse tools have cute but annoying treats)
A resoliution of 800x600 should work for most programs, 1024x768 is usually preferable (if your monitor is big enough).
