user ancho , after href link use #flag and put anchor in every where tat you want , to this doc or other , in ront page you can find it in hyperlink window ,left panel

Links in HTML are done via the (Anchor) tag.
The href option specifies the page or web address to be loaded.
If no href tag is specified a name can be used as a label.
If a label has been used the href can be modified to access the label by coding href="webaddress#labelname"

you are talking about anchors.
on the page where you want the browser to jump to you put an id in the tag you want it to stop at.

Not quite sure what you mean but if you simply want to link from your page to some other page you would do this:
