Is there a S.C. law stating a divorce can be granted from lack of sexual intercourse?

I hear what your asserting, and the different solutions. Why no longer make everyrhing that has been suggested age 18+. At 18, you're an person, smoking at sixteen is basically too youthful, intercourse at sixteen is basically too youthful, especiacally at that age you do a lot of issues by peer rigidity, with no longer a lot existence journey. The rules are very conflicting. Age sufficient to perform a little issues, yet no longer for others. EDIT: At 18+ I mean you could desire to be an person, there's a diffence from being purely sixteen.

I am pretty sure that falls under irreconcilable differences, because one partner wants to have it the other one doesn't. Unless you never had it at all during your marriage then I think u dint even need a divorce an annulment will do. Good Luck

well i guess you could use it in your argument, but why not find out what the problem is instead and try and work on that, instead of just becoming another divorced statistic??

lol well, if you think about it, that is part of marriage. I guess you can argue that they didn't hold up their end of the deal.

probably, I think that is what they usually mean by ireconcilable differences. If there isn't , there should be.
