This relationship has been going on for 3 years and I found that i wasnt his only girlfriend. He is the best lover I've ever had. Then theres the fact that hes a martial arts Grand Master, hes rich, he'll do anything for me except be commited to only me what do I do? Hes everything i want in a guy except his insatiable appetite for having numerous girlfriends.

"Be careful what you wish for" is a quote that applies here...if he wasn't all that do you think he would have such a active life...Men who are all that generally have alot of choices to make ...so when you find the best ...it usually comes with strings attached or else he wouldn't be desire able.

if he is not going to commit to you than you have nothing.he might be the best lover you ever had, but what would you rather have a boyfriend(or husband) that is committed to you and a person that you can trust to love you and respect you or would you rather have a great lover; that you don't know if he has any diseases or when he is out with his other girlfriends and you don't know where he is.If I were you I'd leave him and find someone that will stay committed to you; I don't think you want to stay in a relationship that you can't trust your partner, and stay be happy.

He won't change, so if you wish to alter this relationship, you have to be the one to do it.
You have to decide if you want to share, what he has to offer, and enjoy that, or find one guy, who only wants one girl.
He may not have as much to offer as the Grand Master, but at least, he will be all yours.
