When a sperm fertilizes one of your eggs. How the heck do we know when that will happen? We don't have a video into your life to know when you're having unprotected sex.

First off, start an ovulation calendar. Mark the first day of your period on a calendar for a few months...then figure out when you're ovulating...usually about 14-21 days after the first day of your period. Those are the perfect days to have intercourse. Good luck-parenthood is a big job, but it's worth it in the long run!

When you and your partner finally would know which of the "3 holes" you have connects to your ovary.
