talk to your parents about getting it - many providers have family plans where you can get multiple lines on the same account and get a discount ($59.99 each for the first two lines, $19.99 each for anything after the second line).

try checkin out the company you want the phone with like Cingular,Verizon, and you can see the pice of them on there and see which ones you like with the things you like on there
