Sorry David, Felonies in any state are a permanent part of your record (unless you are a minor, then the records are sealed when you turn 18).

If it is a felony...it is entered into NCIC (National Crime Information Center) which is controlled by the FBI and will never ever be erased. It is permanent and forever on a National level regardless of what Nebraska does.

A felony is a federal offense. Once you've committed a felony, you are always a felon. Over time, if you remain out of trouble you can have some of your rights restored (like the right to vote) but you remain a felon.
