I think it's the whole package, the way a woman walks, talks, holds herself up.
That walk, with her hips swiveling and curvy. Her breasts not too big, not too small.
Her smile, her hair, the way it frames her face.
Her lips, her eyes, the way she laughs, the way she looks at you, with desire in her eyes.
For such a short four letter word, it can mean so much to so many.
The wonderful thing is, any woman can be sexy, if she puts her mind to it.
Our brain is our biggest sexual organ.

sexy is dealing with the word SEX.
sometimes it does not have to be your "sex" or "breast " for that matter.
It could any where of your body. Most of time, it means if you shows some skins of your body, that is sexy
But some people refer voice as sexy too...

Guys like feminine, fitted clothes, heels, gaarterbelts and stockings, nice legs, clevage, skirts, tight jeans. and best of all put a bunch of them together, cus they do notice the whole package.
