No...it is suppose to help him sustain what he normally has, however, if he has always had trouble being firm...this will allow him to be as firm as he can be and probably larger than he normally was...only if he hadn't reached full firmness before.

No a mans penis can only stretch so far with medication or without. However it might help him reach a point of excitement that he was not reaching before using it and therefore making it bigger. I know with many men even when they are hard there are times that they are more excited and even harder and bigger.

well if a man is using it because he has an erectile dysfunction it obviously does
if however he already had a good healthy erection - no it doesnt

i assume it does. never tried it but it works to get those systems working so i would imagine it would add a little not much though maybe an inch.
