I downloadeda movie, and the audio is really quiet.. how can i increase the volume of the audio, what program should i use?.... 10 points for best answer, (don't wanna hear anything about u telling me to rent one)

If you listen to other things, and the volume is fine, then it has to be the movie itself.
Look at the sound control on your Task bar first, and CRANK IT UP.
The Movie viewer program probably also has a volume control. CRANK that up.
If you have amplifed speakers that have a volume control knob, CRANK IT UP.
If all this fails, and the volume is still very low, you might try using a headset. Your old CD player probably has headphones with the same mini-jack. Give that a whirl.

In the tray click on the volume icon (looks like a speaker) Make sure the volume here is set to an accepable level. check the level on the "wave" also. There is a volume control on your player also, make sure it is at an accepable level.

max volume in video player,
in advanced Volume settings (double-click "speaker" in bottom-right corner), and on speakers dial. also try experimenting with bass control if your speakers have one.
