Can someone find for me in the bible where God Suggest that men marry a female twice their age?

I have a friend 40 and hes marrying a 20 year old (lucky guy). He said its in the bible that u marry a female double ur age. I think hes lying.

I dont think the Bible specified an age when to get married.
