Why don't you talk to your doctor? Viagra is just one treatment. There are others. But I would recommend talking to your doctor first since you said you are also a diabetic. The medicine you take for that could react to the viagra causing it to not work.

Medication may not be the answer. You may have to look into more intensive type of help. Given your age all be it not that old you diabetes is not going to get better or should I not going to go away . Therefore creating the need for medication for the long run. The are procedures for implants literature shows that they are fairly successful. It may also be physiological, yes I realize physically its not happening but it can be stress or many other outside influences. Either way you are going to have to be patient it may take a few tries to find a solution for yourself. Good Luck

Maybe you're gay? Or need Viagra. Or it could be stress or a medical problem. Life's a crap shoot.
Or have some common sense and speak to a doctor and don't ask on the internet where it's weirdo central!

During arousal, sexual stimulation initiates the release of Nitric Oxide from nerve endings and cells inside the penis. Nitric oxide then activates specific enzymes which result in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophospate (cGMP). cGMP causes the tissue around the penile arteries to relax allowing the underlying arteries to dilate, thereby increasing blood flow and producing an erection.
If cGMP is digested too quickly, its relaxing effect may occur too soon to achieve a full erection. This may result in a semi-flaccid erection or no erection at all. This is where penis enlargement pills play an important role in maximizing the blood flow to the penis. The safe and effective combination of ingredients in FastLength PRO are proven to regulate the digestion of cGMP and produce quicker, strong more powerful erections.
And Increased Volume Too!
In addition to stronger erections, with FastLength Pro you can count on shooting a larger quantity of sperm - and by increasing the volume of your ejaculate, you prolong your orgasm bringing you more powerful climaxes. FastLength Pro has the perfect combination of natural ingredients which promote both the production of semen as well as promoting strength and control in the glands that are primarily responsible for sperm production.

You need to see a doctor who treats diabetes. There are lots of situations that will cause impotency. And Diabetes is one of them. Good blood sugar control will help your situation and your stress level will have to be reduced. If there is a physical reason (your doctor will have to run blood tests to determine), the doctor will be able to treat with different medications. But, the most important is getting control, and staying in control, of your diabetes. [Nobody dies of diabetes, they die because of all complications it causes.] Impotence is just one complication.
