I have facing this problem from last 2 months. I already use Viagra but no positive results. I also clear that I'm diabatic from last 7 years and using insoline regularly. From last 2 months when this problen accours I use so many medicines like viagra and other elopathic, ariovadic, homepathic and many others but no result found. So, Now I want to know about the proper medicine for this problem. My age is 45. there's ALOT of meds that you can use, its not an abnormal things many men have that prob, just ask your doctor there's really an unlimited amount of meds that can be right for you and what you need it for

Why don't you talk to your doctor? Viagra is just one treatment. There are others. But I would recommend talking to your doctor first since you said you are also a diabetic. The medicine you take for that could react to the viagra causing it to not work.

Medication may not be the answer. You may have to look into more intensive type of help. Given your age all be it not that old you diabetes is not going to get better or should I not going to go away . Therefore creating the need for medication for the long run. The are procedures for implants literature shows that they are fairly successful. It may also be physiological,yes I realize physically its not happening but it can be stress or many other outside influences. Either way you are going to have to be patient it may take a few tries to find a solution for yourself. Good Luck

You need to see a doctor who treats diabetes. There are lots of situations that will cause impotency. And Diabetes is one of them. Good blood sugar control will help your situation and your stress level will have to be reduced. If there is a physical reason (your doctor will have to run blood tests to determine), the doctor will be able to treat with different medications.
