Dexter for sure. He is way more destructive than Neutron could ever be. Dexter builds cyborgs, giant attack robots, tanks, jet planes, laser weapons, Time Travel Platforms, clones, and tons of other stuff like that. Neutron, what does he make? a machine that reads people's dreams, dancing pants, a flying trash can, a metallic dog, candy more addictive than crack, and a pill that makes kids into old people. Not really much of a comparison to Dexter. (but I do have to give credit to Neutron for creating the Nano-bots. They very nearly 'deleted' every single living thing on the planet!)

Dexter boy genius all the way.
Plus he doesn't have a big head and his inventions work and don't cause the town harm like some peoples. If Jimmy's such a genius he would've known that his inventions cause harm.
The only thing that's bad for Dexter is DeDe

DEXTER! Jimmy has no experience. He just pops out of no where and is super popular. Dex on the other hand had to work for it. Dex built his lab when he was a baby ....jimmy was alredy like 10 when he built his.
Dexter totally takes the cake.

I undergo in concepts what Dexter appears like and his voice, that is about it. Jimmy Neutron is merely spectacular. With Goddard and associates like Shane and Carl, he immediately earns cool factors and wins. YEAH!

I absolutely love Jimmy Neutron. As an elementary school teacher, I crack up every time he is in the classroom, competing with his blond Nemesis. I really like the interaction between Jimmy and his dorky friends, and also, that he loves his parents.
What can I say? I'm a geek!

I grew up around Dexter...so I pick him. ^-^ His show is much more entertaining and a hell of a lot funnier.
