Understand where the variables in an equation are coming from. Also what do the variables mean. Rewrite the equations many times and reread them. I always write them in a note card and take the note cards with me when I take a bus ride or something like that. That helps!

I'm assuming you need to remember the equations for a test.

Work on memorizing all of your equations, and also on writing them down in some order.

When you get your test, write all of the equations on the back of the test before you look at any question. Make sure you write on paper provided by the teacher, else your list may look like a cheat sheet.

Now when you take the test, you'll have your equations ready to use. Trusting your memory in the middle of the test runs the risk of going blank or getting too tired to remember.

I used to do this for physics and calculus in college.

Practise.
Go on solving many and many problems.
Ask somebody to help you if u do not understand any concept/step.
Go on solving and testing yourself of your skill is the metod to master your math. To remember formulas also you need to solve several problems based on those formulas. You remember when you practise.

Doing is math. Not just observing somebody doing.

For every equation there's a way to remember it. I couldn't find any free ones, but here's a site where you can go through the demo, and if you like it, buy it:

Practice practice practice!!
Also, maybe finding someone who understands math real well that is willing to help you. I've tutored students in the past, and alot of times all they need is someone to work alongside them to help them understand concepts they can't get.
