How can i watch England games in Mexico over the internet (streaming video)? Ive tried the BBC page and its for UK residents only. Help!

Is there an Internet cafe near you, perhaps they might be able to shed a little light on the matter, or point you in the right direction, or try asking a search engine. Sorry not not much help I know, but it might be a little!
