i am trying to fnd the difference of two coloums in a cell. how do i enter formula just once without going to every cell and entering it manually

Enter your formula in the top cell of the column you are using to calculate.
Click on that cell and move the mouse until you can grab a corner on the bottom right - the cursor will change to a plus mark.
Drag the plus-mark all way down to where you want to end, and the formula will copy into all those cells.

It's a certain way u can highlight the cells that u want to all have that same formula. try highlighting and entering.
