Should i go to my class semi-formal dance?

My school has this dance from 7-11. I already brought the ticket, it's 10 bucks. And the dance is hosted in the hallway.

My class consist of like 350 kids and only about 150 are going, plus i don't have a dress that'll fit me, they're all too short
