yes u can take it. I have lupus and I take those. It will be fine. But always check with your DR before starting anything new

Both available in plenty in juices of fresh green leafy vegetables. Spinach Broccoli etc.
That is why all over world, naturopaths prescribe green juices, e.g. wheat grass, barley grass, cabbage, etc
