Depends what you're into.

Zanzibar if you like current chart music and own a Ben Sherman shirt.
Po Na Na if you like funky music and aren't claustrophobic (I always find it a bit rammed in there, and with those low ceilings...)
Mosh (formerly Mosquito Coast) if you like Indie/Brit Pop music and bouncing around.
Fanclub, as Friday's is 80s night (club itself is a bit of a dive, but the atsmosphere is usually good).
Or if there's a big group, somewhere like Bistro Live is good - you get a meal and then there's dancing afterwards.

The only place in Leicester I like to dance is Reflex/Flares. That's a 70s/80s place. There is also Zanzibar which is ok if you prefer more modern stuff.
