when someone asks a question important to them why are some people not nice in there reply

im right there with you. sometimes i ask a question and people go on about the unimportant thing, and are really mean about it too! stuff like the category or spelling and puncuation! i mean, thats not why i ask the question. so to anyone out there, listen to precious!

There are probably hundreds of reasons. Immaturity, narrow mindedness, they had a bad day, ignorance and more. I think many people misinterpret questions and read into them too. I try to ignore them and seek out the well thought out replies and the ones that challenge my point of view.

Some just want the 2 points.
Some are just naturally sarcastic and rude.
I only say mean things for posts like this:

Other than that, I usually answer nicely and straight fowardly. I dont think computer questions are stupid, I just think there are people who are not as computer literate and just need help.
Edit: I hate people who correct others spelling. I think its just unnecessary and lame. There are dyslexic people out there who cant spell correctly and they just want help. Its getting old...who cares about the spelling? Leave it ALONE.
