No. Any salt has a pH of 7. Any acid has a pH of less than seven. They're contradictory. If you mixed some acid and some salt, I wouldn't call it salt any more. I'd call it acid.

"Table Salt" is Sodium Chloride, NaCl.
Sodium Chloride is a strong electrolyte which will disassociate in water completely. Na+ and Cl- ions in an aqueous solution will not alter the pH of that solution...in other words, a NaCl solution is neutral.

There is also no acid "built into" salt (assuming of course it is reasonably pure).

No! Have you ever seen people selling salt on the street corner? I have never gotten a kick out of putting salt on my veggies before.
