I can't tell if you want perfume that women wear and enjoy, or that men wear (cologne) that women enjoy. So I'll take a stab at both.
Shalimar is one of the most wonderful perfume's for women. It has been around a long time, and is still a great gift for a woman.
Great colognes for men include Rush and Brut. English Leather is strong and musky, but some women prefer that smell on a man. Rush is lively and fruity, great to wear when you dress up for a night on the town. Brut is good for all occasions.
