When you are dreaming about people, do you hear your voice or someone else's?

I was asked this by someone, when they dreamt of their friends. He said he actually heard their voices in his dreams. I was wondering if this was common...or is it your own voice your hearing?

I do not think I hear any voice but yes there is always a perception about it but I distinctly feel that some one is talking but at the same time feel that there is more silence then normal. Sometime in dream itself I feel that I am dreaming but next moment I feel that everything is so real.

i think the most common is to hear their voices however i think most people do not remember their dream therefor they don't really know . however i am a dreamer and usually remember what i dream about ( but not all the time ) and i have never hear my own voice in someone else on any of my dreams , so I'm pretty sure hearing their voice is the most common and i actually would find weird if i heard my voice on them . this can also be seen in people who speak while they dreaming and only speak while they are speaking and remain quiet while the others speak and therefor they are not understandable for the same .

When your voice reflects that of another, there is nothing more creative, more Godly. Let this new voice have a new name-- But this is not an endless thirst for articulation as many of your educationalists have taught. Rather, view this for what it brings in ways of tranquility. I hear their voices in my dreams. At least I think I do.... Maybe I imagine them having their own voices but my brain doesn't take the time to actually give them those voices.

If they are talking i hear their voices, but if I'm talking i hear my own... but sometimes when i dream of people I've never met before they have their own voice like i met them even if i haven't.

I have a book on the meanings of dreams. Your story says you see skeletons, your mother, dad, aunt and others. To dream of seeing skeletons approaching you, foretells sad and shocking news. To dream of your aunt, is a sign that you will receive a reprimand for an action you are not guilty of. To dream of a grave is not a good omen.To dream of your uncle, relates to unpleasant new, To dream of running fast, is an excellent omen. your plains will materialize quickly. So stop going to movies like this are watching them on TV.
