I've noticed if you don't put some on your ignore list they will keep bugging you.

Yup, not unless I have too but sometimes people are just a pain the a** and rude is all they know.

Yes. I do put them on ignore if they irritate me.
Most often I just create a new SN and give it to the ppl I like so I don't hurt their feelings though >.<
