Thats a common tactic for spammers. If you buy an anti-spam program (McAfee or Symantec make good ones) I think you can eliminate the probem fairly easily.

Tammy, go into your Mail Options and reSET your privacy level to exclusively for Contacts Only, meaning only your contacts on your SAFE list will be allowed to have their mail delivered into your IN box , everything else will be sent to JUNK, which is where it BELONGS....... easy to re set this if you dont know how,... then all you have to do is eithe let the Server empty it , msn does this once a day automatically, or you can manually open up the JUNK folder and delete it yourself......

First of all, if the company is legitament, by law they are required to provide a disconnect link. If there is no link available, write down the information of the company and contact your attorney general.

first never replay to spam e-mails. They are trying to see if this is a real address. When you answer them they sell your address to others. Also send these e-mails to a spam folder. if this doesn't help just change your e-mail address.

lol. And another great idea would be to stop posting your email address in public places like this one :)
lol. Companies have code that scans websites for email addresses.
