Because she has intelligent lyrics, a wonderfully soulful voice and is beautiful to boot. I love her too. I remember I dressed up as her for Halloween when I was ten years old! She definitely doesn't get enough credit for influencing so many people over the years.

Cyndi always had a very unique style and, most importantly, has never been fake.
I haven't followed her progress since the late 80s, but I'm sure I'd still love her work.

Because of the memories, her music brings to you..
like the song time after time and how you feel when you hear it.
