"Men of the Cloth", and "Men of the Church", are not necessarily "Men of God." Men of "God" do not necessarily reside in the "House of God."
Yet, "God" is always spoken of and found in places of confinement , solitude and torture, such as Jail, would not a Jail, be a "House of God."
I believe the ideal "House of God" is made up of three parts - The "Holy Trinity."
The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit or The Mind, The Heart, and The Soul.
It is here you will find your "House of God", within each of us!"

It seem that every one has forgotten, Moses saying, "And he will dwell in every heart and every mind and within the soul."
Jesus told his deciples, his father lives in every man. How could we loose sight of such glory, when all we have to do is look within.

Church people are usually the biggest hypocrits and like to criticize people for not showing up on Sunday, when on Monday through Saturday, those critics are the same ones doing wrong.... Anyway, I don't attend services for this very reason and instead "look within" to find peace and the answers only God can know.

Omnipotent, Omniscient, All knowing, All present. Not many of us realize this, but I have come to realise that team work is essential, irrespective of the kind of group you are in whether spiritual or otherwise, so the "House" is there for fellowship with other members of the team. Each member helping the other to be stronger.

Not everyone believes in the Trinity, I know I do not. Because, my belief is there is not three there is only but one God. But, everyone has their own beliefs. So, you are probably going to get a lot of different answers for your question.

If we were truely each "the house of god," it would be impossible for us to turn away from god. Some people might fight it, but there would be no way for us to physically accept god not being there. However, I believe there is no god, so it is possible. Therefore, god does not exist.

Yes, you must learn to know God personally before you can serve him. You are right, people have a strange way of showing how a true believer acts.

AND YOUR QUESTION IS? This is a question and answer site, not a preaching site. Go elsewhere if you want to preach. The whole world does ot follow the same strict rules you seem to set down for others to follow, yet don't yourself.

People are turning to left and to the right and not following God's laws. Soon, we will all pay.

I think that the lime mint tictacs I just ate were not so good.

I don't think you are clueless, but I am more of a Taoist, so I expect that I don't need to go to church to find "that which is."
