Honesty is best policy here also. If we remain honest with kids and friends then they will have more confidence in us. If they can identify ourselves with them then they will be more receptive. At the same time we will be able to learn a lot with them along with providing them important tips. Kids and friends do not expect to be gentleman or lady, they want us to be like them and that's the best way to behave with them since best behaviour is one which make others happy.

I think it best to listen to everything that you can. Decide for yourself what is correct and think long before you repeat any of what you hear. God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason.
Also, remember that if you stop learning, you stop growing. So always strive to learn more than you know now. Learn something new every day.
