Welcome to the wonderful world of being FEMALE!!
It can be a b*tch sometimes.....and yes it is completely 100% normal.

Just because the hair on her stomach is light and the rest is dark doesn't mean that there is something wrong with her.....maybe she clocks more sun time and the hair on her stomach (being very fine) will bleach faster then the more coarse hair on her legs.

We are all built differently......maybe her family is hairy, which in turn will make her hairy. Some girls are more gifted in that department, some dint have very much hair at all. All in all it doesn't matter is shes hairy or not if you consider you 2 friends then all you need to do is support her.......I'm sure she is extremely self-conscious re: her body hair.......the best thing for you to do is to do nothing.....its a non issue!!
Just be her friend and don't worry about her body hair (I'm sure she worries enough for the both of you)

Ah first of all how old are you? The vaginal area? Okay, didn't your parents ever tell you that when you reach a certain age you get hair down there? Well aparently not. Okay, quick and painless for ya: when you reach puberty, you too will get hair down there. No big thing, almost all humans get hair down there.

You have the option of shaving or waxing. You do not have to be a hairy person. Some people are just naturally bald. Sounds like your friend is just one of those people who is naturally hairy. All she has to do is shave or wax. It is normal. As normal as normal can get. And just so you know talking about things like this is not gross. It's a part of life.

And so just in case people start talking sh*t like they know how to do, shut it and realize that some people really are ignorant to things such as these. Did you never see the movie "Carrie"? I mean please.

It's normal... in fact, we all have hair pretty much everywhere... some more, some less... if it's really making her uncomfortable and prevents her from wearing bikinis and the like, introduce her to waxing. It's a bit painful, but the results are worth it.

Body hair maintenance is just another thing us women have to deal with... consider it as a beauty regimen... try bleaching the hair if you don't want to wax.

Anyway, this is ALL NORMAL... and no need to feel wierd, ashamed, or anything like that at all.

We're descended from apes, you know... it's logical that we ended up with some residual hair.

Humans, as mammals, have hair all over our bodies. Most of the time, its too fine to see (look closely at your face in the mirror, you'll see it). At puberty, with a change in hormones comes a change in hair texture. Some places get darker and coarser (including the pelvic area) for both boys and girls. Different people have different extents of hair changes. For some, its barely noticable, and for others, it seems to crop up everywhere. If you are truely concerned about the way it looks, talk to a doctor (abnormal hair growth can be a sign of hormone imbalances that can be treated with medicine), but generally its completely normal.

How old are you? The hair in her "private area" is normal, and is called pubic hair. You shouldn't be looking at her body like that. It is normal for girls past puberty to have hair on their legs, that is why they shave. And as for light hair on her stomach, nearly everyone has it to some extent. It is leftover from the days when our ancestors were covered in thick hair, much like primates.

It's completely normal. Humans need hair around their body to help hold body heat to them when it's cold. As long as she doesn't look like Chewbaca (sp?) it should be fine, just don't point it out! It could make her feel extremely self-conscious about it!

it's normal for people to have hair wherever. if she gets too self conscious, she can shave or wax the areas that bother her. :)
