Ilove cars and have allways wonted to have my own company, but my wife says im chaseing childish dreames . soI gave up on that and decided I would be happy just having a car that I could tinker with but because money is tight she thinks I should give that up too. is she wright ?

You compromised alot even if it may be do to lack of funding for your company. I think your wife should be understanding and let you keep the car even if you have to let it sit awhile between parts to tinker with. But if you want to open your own business you need to go for it. If you never step off the boat how do you know you can float?

Your wife should support you in everything you do or try to do. If you can turn your dreams into reality, I guarantee she will help you spend the money you make. When I took my vows it was for better or worse! GO FOR IT !!!!!

if yall are tight on money, get a job, or a new job.. those dreams aren't childish at all. but if u think it's the best for u and your family, i think u should go ahead and do it.

no...theres nothing wrong with wanting for your dreams to come true...everyone has dreams. and if you starting off with 1 car to play around with is going to make you feel like your dream is coming true...then go for it!!!!!!!!!
maybe your wife is jealous of the thoughts of you having other things to do that you enjoy and might feel like your going to ignore her.

no you are allowed to have your dreams. tell her that you will only work on the car when the bills are paid or when you have the money. she has no right to kill your dreams, tell her that if she loves you then she will let you follow her dreams. don't let her drag you down. you do what you want to do. thats what i would tell my husband.

no she isn't right! tell her she should give up on one of her dreams to help with the money, but shouldn't give up on your dreams just because your wife wants you to! listen to yourself on this on, you love her, but your dreams are major man! dont throw them away!
