Just think of a perfect answer for whatever question you want and you can make a perfect question out of that perfect answer. LOL! That's confusing.

"Is it raining outside?" or "Should I have the fish?" Perhaps, "Did you have the fish?" is more agreeable to most people. It all comes down to preference at the end of the day, but I like "Did I just get a point for this garbage?". It's precise and to the point.
