Hi there, No one I'm sure likes what's going on in this world of term-oil. But I find away to make the days go by easier and try to use the positives that surround me. It breaks my heart to see the troubles we make in the world, when we all know that it could be much more then it is. Keep your head up and keep the faith. Be happy and just roll with the punches. We can only control the things we have power over.
Most true happiness comes from ones inner life, from the disposition of the mind and soul. Admittedly, a good inner life is hard to achieve, especially in these trying times. It takes reflection and contemplation and self discipline.
I thought I share that with u. I keep that on my desk when things get a little crazy . I hope I have helped. Even a little bit.

We all live in our own form of darkness. Right now I don't enjoy it. But at times it is just where I need to be.
