Cingular text messaging problems today anyone?

Is anyone else having trouble sending text messages through their cingular phone today? I can send a short one, but anything that is 2 segments or longer wont go and gets sent with only the last two lines of the message getting to my friend. help!

Those damn prices for text messeging are way too much...Those b*stards bent me over real good with their freakin'
plan..now I am stuck with them for another year.
