Teleporting. Because I can escape danger and travel anywhere without using a vehicle. Saves me money on transportation.

invisibility would be awesome. and who wouldn't want to fly? as for the good-or-bad thing, i'd have to say good. the badguys always loose, even if they do get cooler costumes and names.
