I've grown up and lived in NY for most my life. So, I chose to be a fan of all NY teams (Jets, Mets, Knicks, Rangers) because they were the most televised. Now Philadelphia is my home so should I start backing Philly teams (Eagles, Phillies, 76ers, Flyers)?

They haven't won very much over the years.
Philadelphia fans are dedicated and infectious though.

Personally, I think you should root for the teams you've always rooted for. I spent most of my life in San Diego, and I went to a lot of Padres games there and I am a Padres fan. I didn't pay attention to footbal or anything else until I was 14/15 area. When I was 14 I had to move to Wisconsin and started watching football and got into football and became a Green Bay Packer fan. I was and still am a Padres fan. Now I live in Colorado and my teams are the Green Bay Packers for football and Padres for baseball, even though Denver (30 miles south of me) has pro teams for both sports.

God no! Don't be that guy. My Brother in law moved to Philly and Started rooting for the Eagles (he was a Giants fan!). I have since disowned him and sacrifice an Eagle in his name every year at the start of the football season. Just kidding.

No, i like the Saint Louis teams (Cardinals, Rams, Blues, Ambush) but I've lived in Indiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, and Colorado. Sure I somewhat support the Rockies but NEVER the Cowboys or Broncos.

I say no. I grew up in Indy and now live in New England...been to several Pats games...the whole stadium cheers when the Pats score...not me...I got sour grapes! I'm glad you aren't a Yankees fan though...
