No. You're one of the few. He'll find someone else to polish it. This is a good thing for you though. You have the upper hand now. You can get your raise without giving him his- just blackmail him with the indecent proposal.

Due to the phrasing of your question, I'm going to assume that your boss didn't offer you a monetary raise, but rather an inappropriate one. That said, I think you should start scouting around for another job because whether you're fired or not, you don't want to be in that situation any longer.

Why would you turn down a raise? Why on earth would you do your job for less and then lose your job for it?

Wait was the raise he wanted to give you in his pants? Was it a PANTS PARTY!?

If he sexually herassed you then tell his boss, sue the company etc.

Wha? Why did you turn the raise down? Can you elaborate a little bit. Your question makes no sense.

whoa that's a classic case of sexal harrassment.where do you live? in The US if he fires you you have every right throught your local states human rights commision office to press charges. Tell your boss to keep his raises to himself you're not interested and that you know your rights!

if you're talking about sexual harrassment I would tell him that it's inappropriate, then document the situation, then go to HR, then talk to OSHA and then perhaps a personal lawyer. Why would you want to continue to work for such a company after this anyway?
