Can I burn a movie from a burnt movie?

I burnt a movie and I don't have the origanal copy, just the burnt one. Am I able to copy it to another blank DVD without having to go through DVD Shrink and all that? I've been playing around with it for a little bit now, switching from top to bottom, staring at the screen LOL...can anyone help?

not sure if you can without DVD Shrink.
