I have seen people turn up the heat with no sun and no heater, what do you think about that?

Well technically the Suns went down before the Heat are going to so I suppose that's strange but it's all going the right direction and all together makes sense.

i think it is true because when the sun is up it's heat reflects on to the earth causing it to be warm but since the sun goes down so does it's heat. the sun only reflects it's light on the moon causing it to just be bright not hot because the moon also does not supply heat from itself lol there you go. yup i'm a 7th grader all advance classes lmao

Seems natural to me. The energy radiating from the sun heats up the air, ground and water around us. When the sun is not visible to us, that radiation is very low or non-existent, so the air, ground and water are not heated by it anymore and lose that heat.

Maybe because the sun is the source of heat

I hope you're right. I don't think I could stand to see Zo and Antoine "Big Fat Ugly Baby" Walker win a championship...

PS - I really enjoy all the answers from people who don't get the basketball reference...

I think it's pretty cool. That way it's easier to go to sleep.
I hate basketball. Except Michael Jordan. I like the Shak too.

The "heat" does not go down it moves relative to your position.
