Do you have a terrarium big enough to keep it, Do you know how to look after it, Do you have enough money to keep it fed and comfortable, Do you know anything at all about it besides the name. If you can answer yes to all of these questions, and actually don't mind crickets loose in your house, Go for it.

Check out this care sheet. You have to understand that all reptiles need special care. Everything has to be perfect.

If you feel that you can do everything this care sheet says. With no exceptions. This means having all this stuff ready before you even bring the animal home. Then I would say go ahead and get one. But like the other person said. If this is your first lizard then I would go with something else. And research that before you get it too.

is this your first lizard? if yes, try to get one that is easier to maintain like a gecko. But if you are experianced you should, but make some research about how big they get, what they eat, etc. The figure is you can still take care of it.

Know that after they get used to you, they don't show off anymore, and spooking them all the time is just not a good idea, it's actual quite cruel.

Good luck with your research, make the right decision!

Not if you plan to keep it in the same area as the Gecko.

Well sure if you will care for it and it won't suffer but if its not magic, well than maybe you should consider getting a glorious WHITE DRAGON
