I want to make a video with Camtasia Studio but I do not have web camera. So, I am looking for a good web camera for this purpose.

You are going to use like boardcast or video creation. I think a web cam is not suitable for your situation. Because Webcam resolution is not very good. I suggest that you buy those digital DV(Digital Handy Cam) if your buget is OK.
