You mean the cord that connects it to the computer? Yes, it's supposed to have that when you buy it.

Do you mean iPods? iPods should come with the USB cord that connects to your computer. They do not come with a wall recharger - it is sold separately.

it is suposed to when you buy it unless its a shuffel and then the port thing is on the bottem and you plug that in
